Can you try adding the DB name in the Web config file located somewhere in "xx\PIPC\PIVision", search for "Initial Catalog="Name Your DB Here"" and see if it loads.

I have some questions:
- How does the Database Status look in the Overview panel?
- Is this a new installation of PI Vision or an upgrade?
- What is the version of PI Vision you are currently running?

We finally found the solution to fix the problem.
We remembered that the problem happened ever since we changed the password for the Administrator user. We changed it back to the original password and everything went back to normal.
