    reading AF elements

    benny

I'm trying to read the value of AF element using AFSDK but no luck yet.

I'm using FimdPIPoint and as a name i'm using the full path to the element.

      like  FindPIPoint("\\LSS0306WI\PIAF\WE\Off shore\NBs\ENW01|Predicted power"

So far I only get the responce that the tag is not found.

      Anyone has a code snippet?

You are specifying a path to an AFAttribute, therefore you need to call AFAttribute.FindAttribute with the path. Once you have the attribute, you call call one of the attribute's GetValue methods or one of the AFData methods using the attribute's 'Data' property (e.g. RecordedValues, InterpolatedValues, etc.).
