How to PowerShell get (and edit) all collective members (connection information)?

I want to use PowerShell to edit the priority of all collective members without having to hard-code the server names.

I've looked breifely on Get-PIDataArchiveConnectionConfiguration but this looks to only give me the information on the connected/current server and not a list of all servers.

Root cause:

We have issues where the PI Data Archives get's overloaded, since they still respond to the TCP request the client won't switch member. We want to dynamicly switch member (by editing the priority list).
