After installation and configuration of PI Coresight 2016 R2, there are only 'Recent' and 'Search' options, and I can't see the PB displays.Is there need any authority to configure?
Does anyone know how to resolve this question please?It's very urgent.Thank you！
Could you please login to admin page and check below options
1) Import Folder Management (Processbook Path is set and Folder accessible shows Tick)
2) Logon to Desktop/Laptop and check if you are able to access the Processbook display from PI Coresight/PI vision
3) Check user id you are using on Smart phone has access to PB shared folders

Thank you for your replying.
1)we have already set the path,but the Folder accessible shows '?' ,as follows
2)We can access the PB displays on desktop normally.
3)We use the administrator to logon to the phone( Ps. we use Windows account for PI Coresight service user,rather than Active Directory user.)
We just access 'Recent' and 'Search' options on phone,but not any display information,including Processbook displays and New Displays by PI Coresight website.
Looks like you have issue with authentication based on screen shot 1. Please search for a display using search option and if you receive no results I would request you to contact Tech support.
We can find the display by searching for the display name.
So if we want to browse a PB display,we only can use the way of searching by searching option.There is no display thumbnails(like desktop) to select.Right or not?
