I have transpose function in Pi SQL commander where I am getting the daily average value for a few attribute of an asset. The issue is that I want to take the average of those values only if the value of another assets' attribute is greater than a certain amount. I have an average transpose function for the other asset, and could join them together in a query, however given the averages are per day, this would result in only filtering on daily values. If I was to reduce the timestep to say 1 minute, I would be able to get a more accurate measure, but would end up with too many data points to process.
Is there a simple way to achieve this with a query?
I'm not sure that there is any easy way to do this type of filtering in your query. The most straightforward option is probably to apply the filtering logic in an AF analysis and then just perform a straightforward average on the output of the analysis.
