    Upon reboot of the PI Vision server the PI Web API is broken.

      The failure can be observed when entering the PI Vision Administration screen and scrolling to the bottom and seeing that the Indexed Search Service Location has a red X to the left of the entry. In addition, the failure can also be observed when the following page is unavailable: https://localhost/piwebapi/admin/search/database.html. The only way I have found to fix this is to run the PI Web API Admin utility again (accepting the same settings as before). Is there a way to ensure the PI Web API survives the reboot of the server?
