I do see that you have a voucher assigned to your name but that the e-mail address associated with the voucher is blank, which is why it is saying you have none assigned to you when you sign in. Let me contact Customer Service (sorry that they have not gotten back to you yet) to get this resolved.

i. Select Method of Payment: Redeem a Subscription voucher
ii. Enter the voucher number
iii. Click on "Submit"
