I am getting error while opening processbook screen, please check below error attached.
PROCESS BOOK VERSION INSTALLED : 2014
We have checked all permissions related to user (authentication) and this user has access to all of the files (x86) PIPC folder.
BTW now this issue has resolved, we have restarted our server machine and after it works fine, still I am in question, how this issue has been raised because there was no any changes done at permission side.
For now I have keep this server under observation, If I got something while observation, will post on the same.
Appears to be some sort of permissions issue not allowing the user access to one of the files associated with the PI ProcessBook executable. As a troubleshooting step one can try running PI ProcessBook as administrator. If this works, it confirms that this is permissions related and you can verify that the specified user has access to all of the files in the Program Files (x86)\PIPC folder.
I see you already contacted us at OSIsoft Tech Support to open a case about this issue and that's definitely the best approach for an issue like this. I'll let the case owner work with you further on this particular issue. Anyone else who encounters this issue, please feel free to also call in and open up a case with us if the above recommendation of PIPC folder security does not resolve the issue.
