Has anyone had success with a sqoop session using the PI JDBC driver?

We have been trying the following:

sqoop import -fs local
--connect "jdbc:pioledb://<DAS server>/Data Source=<PI server>; Integrated Security=SSPI;" \

        --username <username> \

        -P \

        --driver "com.osisoft.jdbc.Driver" \

        --verbose \
        --connection-param-file 3.parm \

          --delete-target-dir --target-dir "/data/work/raw/scada/" \

        --table "piarchive..picomp2" \

        --where "tag like 'sin%' and time > '19-Apr-2018 00:15:00' "

The parameter file is:

ogLevel=5

LogConsole=True

TrustedConnection=False

ProtocolOrder=Https/Soap:5461

The latest error we are getting is:

com.osisoft.jdbc.ConnectionImpl
