AF Tables currently aren't exposed in OLEDB. I am also not aware of any plans to make them exposed in the future. The best workaround I can think of for the moment if you do need them exposed is to create an element with the name of the AF Table and reference the AF Table entries via attributes there.
Actually there was a presentation at PI World 2018 that mentioned that this function will be available with the next release of PI OLEDB in May 2018.

I am not sure who you talked to but that doesn't sound quite right. I want to verify and get back to you. Just writing this to remind myself!
Update: I spoke with the developers this morning. There is no support for directly querying AF Table data in the upcoming RTQP engine (the successor of PI OLEDB Enterprise). They have discussed adding this functionality but it would not be available until at least v2 of RTQP.
Thanks for your answers!
The workaround proposed by Robert is what we do to reach the AF tables.
Now we have an idea of the upcoming of this new functionnality. Thanks for that.
