Have you tried to use the "True for" settings on the event frame start trigger configuration on an analysis? The only issue I see, if you need event frames if pouring is less than six minutes then you might have to get a little creative.

Just a thought on implementation
Using different severity levels with multiple StartTriggers and varying True for Times might be a valid solution for Atif. So for example I have my start triggers as follows:
The resulting event frames would be split into two child event frames for the first 5 minute period where the severity is information and a second that has a severity of warning:
And since in most client applications you can search on severity levels on event frames, you could filter for only the child event frames where the severity was increased to capture when the phase too too long and when it took an appropriate amount of time.

Thanks for your response. Yes, I am using the true for settings now with multiple start triggers and severity levels as Robert has suggested to notify me when the duration has exceeded.
