I need the tag value at the beginning of the month at 7am. How do I write that? Can't figure out how to add 7h to the beginning of month timestamp!
If you already using the Bom function, you would use: Bom(time) + '+7h'
Note the first + sign is the addition operation. The second + sign (inside the SINGLE quotes) indicate that a time span is being used. It's also important that it be single quotes so that the expression parser treats it as a time or time span.
I believe you can use '1+7h':

Thanks it worked! Is there any function like BOM but for year? Trying to find the first day midnight timestamp of each year,
Surprised there is not a BoY function. Here's one way to do it.
I build a round-trip string compatible with ISO 8601 format. That string is then parsed into a local PI time. If the string ended with a "Z", then it would be parsed into UTC time.
