Currently there is no such checkbox. I suggest you to use our feedback page to share your enhancement request.
However you can change the security settings for each analysis by right-clicking on the PI Analysis name and going to security.
You will need to have an identity mapped only to your user account to ensure nobody else has permissions.
Hope this helps.

Every analysis has its own security settings as other AF objects like elements, elements templates, EF templates etc. The security of an analysis defines, which AF Identity is allowed to perform particular actions like read, write, delete etc. The relation between Windows user accounts / Windows groups and AF Identities is defined with Mappings. In general, for a new analysis, the security settings are derived from the Analyses security definition of the corresponding database. They can be altered as needed (e.g. the Write permission can be removed to protect changes of the analysis).

Thank you both for the information and your quick responses! After attempting the per-analysis security config approach, I don't believe it is a viable solution for me, unfortunately. As a user must have "Admin" rights within AF to be able to change the security, unless they themselves had admin permissions, it'd require an actual sysadmin to go through and set the permissions for each analysis each time it was created. In addition, having each analysis creator with their own AF Identity would become cumbersome, as there could be a large number of these users.
