We have some old, large ProcessBooks and I am looking to get a list of all the PI tags contained in them. Any ideas of an easy way to generate that list?

Yes! There is a circle in the bottom right frame of the ProcessBook program that is either red or green. You can double click on this to get a list of all tags in the open book.
The double click brings up a status report showing all tags and whether or not they are reading properly. You can click Save to File to get a text file that you can bring into Excel or other programs.
I should add that the circle shows green when all tags are reading correctly, and red when at least one tag is missing or has an bad status.
I would recommend the ProcessBook support tool. It will do all the heavy lifting for you and will return all of the tags used! Note, it won't pick up any tags added via VBA.

Hi Keri,
You can iterate through the displays symbols collection and see what PI Points they refer.
