Calculating Over Part of an Event Frame Duration

One of our clients is generating event frames to capture a certain process. These event frames average about 15-20 minutes in duration but do not have a fixed duration. They would like to calculate the change in a particular attribute for the last 25% of the event frame's duration.

I know that you can use TimeRangeOverride and the RelativeTime attributes of a data reference to use a portion of the duration for a calculation's time range, but this is a fixed duration. As an example, this gives the delta (difference) for an attribute over the last 3 minutes of the event frame.

Is there a way to do this over a percentage of the event frame's duration instead?
