Since you mention that it is failing on the AF Client portion of the install, can you try downgrading your AF Client version to something other than 2018, like 2017 R2, and then try installing ProcessBook? We have seen some issues with products thinking the wrong AF Client version is installed since we went from 2.9.5 to 2.10 versioning for AF Client.

Stuart is correct, this is a problem in the ProcessBook install checking the version "2.10" incorrectly (it will be fixed in the next release). You can uninstall the AF Client 2018 version, install ProcessBook, then re-install the AF Client 2018 version.
Thanks alot guys. That made the difference. Downgraded AF Client to 2017 R2, and then ProcessBook installed nicely. Next, again upgraded client to latest version. Running like a charm.
