Is there a way to see, or calculate, for how many days a PI Connector can approximately buffer?
There is no equivalent to the "Estimated buffer capacity" in the Buffering manager.
You can track the usage of the buffer through the administration UI page.
There is also a UserVoice request for performance counters. I would highly suggest commenting your use case for having buffer performance counters such as the "estimated buffer capacity (time)".

This is directly dependent on the amount of data you are collecting and the amount of disk space available on the drive configured for buffering. The buffering files for PI Connectors buffer are compressed and therefore will use less disk space than the data itself. Estimates can only be made when you an approximate data rate, data type, and disk space available.
Thanks for your reply Gabriel.
I'm aware of the variables which are influencing the buffering period.
But for PI Buffering you can easily see the estimated buffer capacity in the Buffering Manager. Was wondering if the PI Connector was also able to share that info.
