Request you to check log files in %programdata%--> OSISoft--> PIAnalysisNotifications--> Log files.

A few thoughts:
1) Do you have a PI Collective? Is it possible the PI Analysis Service isn't going through the buffer and the data is only updating on one member? Be careful PSE may be connected to one member while the PI Analysis Service connected to another.
2) It's possible to get some more information in the logs. Here is a Youtube video that shows the procedure to enable a higher level of logging and shows how to look through the log file. 3) You may be running into performance issues. If you look at the statistics for the Analysis Service do you see a high value of Current Lag? You can get the statistics from the management tab:

I had similar problems. I solved it few times by restarting PI Analyses service.
In my case, problem was with generating event frames.
Check with TechSupport compatibility of versions PI AF server and PI Analyzes.
