PI Notification Emails not sending

Hi Everyone,

 

I've been having trouble configuring PI email notification (Using PI AF Services 2017 R2) in one of my servers. Basically the emails stay on the queue and are not sent out.

 

I've already checked the connection from our AF Server to the SMTP Server through port 25 (SMTP port we are using) using telnet and it seems to work fine

I could also ping the SMTP Server:

I've made sure configurations in my SMTP Server also are correct as well.

I've also tested this user and was able to validate the password as well.

 

When i test for email notifications, it notifies that it is a success:

But, the emails stay in the queue:

Is there something I'm missing which is causing this problem?
