Is there a process available that I can use to delete specific archive records?

Here is my issue and why I'm asking this question.  The system that we have created has two data entry points.  One is the downloading of data through the UFL interface and the other through PI Manual Logger Web tours.  All records are expected to be set for 8 am every day.  The end result is a PI Vision report.  The problem we are having is that the users have to set the Datetime as one of the items in the PIML tour.  We have no way of fixing it at 8 am.  Over time, the users have added a number of extra records for these tags with timestamps other than 8 am.

In the past, I have used a PIConfig process to delete "Pt Created" records out of the snapshot.  I was hoping there was a similar process where I could identify all the records in the archives that are not 8 am and then delete them.  I know I can go into SMT and through the Archive Editor, perform these deletes.  But, we have over 4,700 and I don't want to have to do this manually.
