Multiple triggers, capture data from different tags

Hi,

I have two tags which act as triggers to indicate which other tag has data to capture. These trigger tags are simple counters set by the PLC (1, 2, 3, ... 99, 100, 1, 2, ...) whenever particular conditions are met. There is a guarantee that these two tags will not change at the same time.

Trigger1 value changes (e.g. from 5 to 6) -> fetch data from Data1

Trigger2 value changes (e.g. from 63 to 64) -> fetch data from Data2

The Data1 and Data2 tags are string values.

End-goal: the user wants to capture these 2 data tags into a single tag to have an event log of sorts.

I feel like this would be doable in AF, but this is not an option (reasons irrelevant).

I've looked at Performance Equations, but I don't think it's possible to have more than one triggering tag? Am I overlooking something?
