Having a slightly confusing issue - when opening ProcessBook displays (especially with AF tags) or pulling data through DataLink I'm having PB or Excel freeze up on me. By freeze up I mean task manager shows not responding / or it shows #### for the value. It also happens when I'm editing displays, the whole interface will freeze. I'm not experiencing the same issues when accessing the data through other means (SMT) or opening PB screens locally on the server.
I know the server is more than capable of handling the requests (brand new server installed in October 2018 w/ Windows server 2016 and resource monitor shows low usage), so I'm wondering if there's a network issue - and I'm wondering if you all can help me figure out if there's a way to test this through the admin interfaces in PI?
