Unable to start VLE. VLE In Standby mode

The VLE has been sitting In Standby mode for several hours, unable to connect via RDP.


I have tried Stopped All VMs options and re-deployed the VMs but still no use.


How long does the VLE need to be in the Standby mode before it becomes operational?


Also, I have specified my time zone as Brisbane UTC +10 (AEST), not Pacific Time Zone but on My Sessions tab, Pacific Time Zone is displayed as shown below.

If the VLE is in Standby status due to the time zone, then the time zone need to be changed. Can this be done?
