Have created a new Analysis which maps to an attribute which is part of the Element template. when creating an Event frame analysis, the triggering inputs look disabled.Have been cracking my brain. Any help is much appreciated.

Can you please share the configuration of your Event Frame Template "RM Static Pressure"?
What's the name of the Element owning this Analysis? It appears the Analysis is referencing a foreign Element "27.7 Rule". Is this correct?
If Elements involved are derived from Templates can you please share those Element Templates?
Please also share the configuration and Attribute configurations for involved Elements.
