How did you determine the archive(s) are corrupt?
Also free space for the shows 0 GB?

Thyagarajan Ramachandran, the Corrupt column in the screenshot is showing True. I agree with the assessment made.
As for the drive space now showing, that's this known issue:
If the drive space is still showing as 0 GB free even after the reprocess, you likely have an orphaned health incident for a corrupt primary archive. To remedy this, you will have to shutdown the Data Archive, rename the PISystemHealth.db file in %PISERVER%\dat, and start the Data Archive.
Additionally, if your primary archive has been active for over 200 days, it may be advisable to reduce the size of your archives or force a shift on a regular basis. If you cannot recover the archive, you have potentially lost over 200 days of data.
Do you have a backup of the archive you can restore?
