Folks does anyone else have the same dead links when trying to raise a support query? I cant raise a support query with a paid for developers license. Is this normal?

when i try this, i keep getting the page with:
We’re sorry, but we can’t process your request right now. If you need immediate assistance, please contact Technical Support
PI Dev Club does not include an SRP (Software Reliance Program) agreement which entitles customers to contact Technical Support. This is most likely the reason why you cannot create a case associated with you Dev Club license. If you have a technical question related to your Dev Club installation, I invite you create a forum post for our community to address.
