I configured an event frame in AF, but can't find out anything when created a search, I did the configuration as the same as teaching video. Below are some screenshots of my configuration. could anyone help me to check what's the cause? Thanks!
I think Dan is on the right track. Adding to his reply, if you hover your mouse over the green check mark under backfilling, what's the start time, end time and number of events processed?
Could you please right click on the event frame and click preview results (Select start and end date) to check if any events exits. In your event frame template, i would suggest you to add categories as shown in the screen shot below. This will help in search.
Now click on Event frames tab and search (start date based on preview result)
Thank you for your suggestion.
I checked the event frame preview, it could list the search results normally, but the event frame tab still couldn't find anything.
The preview tab does not actually create Event Frames. Did you backfill over the same time-range as your preview tab? Also, an easy way to search, is to click on the element's general tab in PI System Explorer. From here, you can click the find links to find "Event Frames". This is just a way to rule out that your search is incorrect by letting PSE build a search query.
