I must be doing something wrong or my company firewall is an issue, but when I select a any KB article link in an Exercise, I get this:
We are currently finishing up the migration. If you notice articles that you cannot find, please let me know and I will personally look into it or find another resource that can migrate it.
After logging into customer portal, I tried and I'm able to view without any issue.
I tried with name and it still works
Looks like you are searching for KB article : https://customers.osisoft.com/s/knowledgearticle?knowledgeArticleUrl=KB00135
Thanks – I don’t know what I am doing differently today, but instead the blank screen of which I had submitted a screen shot, I am now seeing kb articles.
I am seeing the same response when searching for some KB articles. I believe this is simply because OSISoft has not yet migrated all KB articles from the "old" website to their new "myOSIsoft.com" Customer Portal.
I recommend to open a case to OSI if you see specific articles that you cannot access. I've issued 1 today, hopefully they will be able to retrieve the KB I was looking for.
I have another KB article provided by techsupport which also turns up empty for me, and other colleagues trying to access it. Can you please have a look?

Asle Frantzen for KB01504, it is expected as the KB# is an internal article. It contains internal-only information on the Analysis Utility tool. If you need some guidance with it, you should work with Tech Support directly, otherwise, feel free to send me a private message on PI Square.
Thanks, I got the link from techsupport so it's a bit strange they didn't know it was an internal article.
Perhaps you could add a small message saying that this is an internal article, or at least show a "No access" message when requesting a URL like I did here? Leaving it empty like this certainly isn't very user-friendly.
I fully agree with both statements. I will pass the comment along. Thanks
Would you be able to help me with the KB article 2774OS18
The Hardware & System Sizing Recommendations Sizing Spreadsheet has a reference to the article, however am not able to get it. Thanks in advance!!
