We are getting the attached issue for PI user on his client where multiple installations and uninstallation were done, added the user the PI security AD groups and the issue still not resolved, can anyone please suggest the resolution steps.
When you performed the un-installation and re-installation were they done for both PI-SDK and ProcessBook? I would recommend uninstalling ProcessBook and then clicking "change" on the PI SDK application > Remove > Complete Uninstall/ Removal of contents in registry. The complete uninstall will likely be grayed out until only one SDK application remains in Programs and Features as 32-bit and 64-bit may both be listed.
Once the un-installation is done re-install ProcessBook and reboot the machine.
