We are getting license mismatch error. We were able to generate MSF file but have forgot usrname and password for the customer portal. What can be done to get new license file in this scenario? Appreciate your help.
Can your site admin call our Tech Support? They will need the site number or license ID. If you don't have that information, could you reach out to your customer success manager or account manager ?
