Set output of Performance Equation to Bad

Is there a way to purposefully set the value of a performance equation float32 tag to Bad?  In the application I've got, I'd like to be able to set the value to bad at the end of a series of if...then.elses is it doesn't match any of my conditions so I can filter it later if needed using the BadVal function.  As a workaround right now I'm setting it to some unreasonable value (eg 9999), but that is kind of kludgy and any future coding would rely on knowing that constant.

      Thanks,
