PIML Handheld device- Slow to respond

the mobile handsets used are taking a long time for the loggers to save the entry and move onto the next tag on the tour.

PIML has been removed and reinstalled on them

 

The devices scan barcodes

We transfer on a weekly basis but even after transfers are complete and archived material deleted the loggers do not speed up when saving data.

 

If anyone has any suggestions on what may be causing the delay or even if I need to provide any additional information it would be appreciated
