I want to integrate pi web apis into my ruby application. I don't understand how and where to start this. Please guide me on same.
Welcome to the community. Ruby is not a commonly used language in the PI Developers Community. As such, it will be tough to find samples in Ruby. With that said, you can still learn about the general methods that are available in PI Web API and formulate the HTTP calls in Ruby. I will list down some resources below.

I want to develop the connector to PI, Can you tell me what exact steps I should follow for same to make it working. Also do we have any sample user and sample webID to test the web apis.I can use REST apis, But I need some exact way how I should use web apis of PI. I am really not able to understand this from the docs. Please clarify me on same.
There are a quite a few concepts to master for PI Web API such as WebIds, Batch Controller, Channels, Searching and Filtering. I would advise starting from this course in Section 1: Getting Started and continuing on to the later sections to get a full picture of what PI Web API is about. The course is brand new which means it has been updated to include the latest release of PI Web API which is 2018 SP1.
Developing applications or even learning is extremely difficult and inefficient without access. For this reason, we offer the paid PI Developers Club membership. One of the major benefits is the PI System for personal development purpose included with the membership. Please allow me to refer you to our FAQ page.
Can we schedule a call to discuss few technical issues which I am having to integrate PI connector with my application. I want to start this ASAP.
Technical Support by email, telephone or remote session is offered by OSIsoft for production licenses. The Customer Portal offers some How To's like How to Get an OSIsoft Customer Portal Login and How to Create a New Case which I recommend you to review in case your ask for a call is related to a production PI System.
Besides the option to contact Technical Support, you are welcome to ask your questions in the PI Square / PI Developers Club forums.
