I have a string with a time that I convert or use as AFTime. Since this string does not contain any timezone information it considers this as UTC time. (I have in the comments the values is shows when the line of code is done) . My timezone I run this code on is 5 hours difference... so I want to add that time again and created a timespan of 5 hours to add.

When I run Span.add(AFTime) is does not change at all... AFtime is still what it was to begin with.. what is happening here? Am I missing something?
