How do I make a gauge show zero in the center of range?

I'm converting from Process Book to Vision.

In Process Book, even in the Process Book that is converted to vision, the bar chart for a PI Tag value that has a range of -20 to +20 indicates only a center-line when the value is near/at zero.

When I try to create a vertical/horizontal gauge in Vision, when the value is near/at zero, the bar is shaded from -20 to 0, which is more of an indication that it's at -20 rather than zero.

Is there any way to correct this?

I'd assume it's not an issue with the PI tag setup since it's working correctly on the other display?
