Navigation Link and TZ parameter

I have set up a navigation link as follow:

It is working fine and it passes on most of the URL parameters nicely (e.g. Mode=kiosk, HideTimebar, HideToolbar, etc.). However, it seems to have ignored the TZ parameter.

For example, say we have a start time of 2019-08-28 06:00 and TZ parameter set to UTC+09:30.

When you drill down, the start time appears to still remain the same at 2019-08-28 06:00, but that start time is in fact different because it is now using a different time zone (the client's time zone) because of the omission of TZ parameter. Is this a known bug?
