I need to know if there is any way to check the past value of a pi tag using the PiDatalink tool in Excel, setting the desired day and time. Thanks in advance!

Hi Daniel!

You can utilize various extraction types in Datalink to capture the archive value, or the interpolated (Sampled) value of a pi point for a prescribed date and time. In my first example I utilized the 'Retrieval Mode' of "previous" in the Archive Value extraction type to get the previous (most recently recorded) value before the specified date and time. In the second example I used the Sampled Data extraction type for exact time (this is a mathematical estimate for the exact timestamp). You can try these or experiment with variations of the settings.
