Pulling PI Tag Values via "piconfig" at an Interval

Hello,

I am trying to use "piconfig" to pull PI data from archives into a CSV file.

All script works fine - I was inspired by this link "https://customers.osisoft.com/s/knowledgearticle?knowledgeArticleUrl=ExportPIDataCommandLines" However, this is using line "@istr tag, starttime, endtime, count" which means I get "count" of archived values for the desired tag from the "starttime"

But that is not quite what I want - I'd like to pull archived data between "starttime" and "endtime" every specified time interval, e.g. every 10 minutes; if archive value does not exist, I'd settle for an interpolated value. I am not able to utilize PI DataLink or Python scripting because somehow, those two methods time out eventually and no data are pulled.

Thanks!
