I’m working with the PI to PI interface and I’d like to be able to reject what I consider “bad values” from the source.
In our case our TAG in the source is giving us negatives values and that’s something we don’t want to accept, and, better, we would even want “raise hands” if that’s happening. In the destination TAG (it’s float32 type), I establish at the “zero” parameter the value “0”. I don’t understand why it’s still recording the negative values in the destination. Shouldn’t it reject them and log the info in the PI server? I’d like to know what I’m doing wrong.
Is it possible record "bad value" whan getting those negative values?
