****Highlighted values are not the same. Then the rest are the same

Capturing of data from source is in hourly basis. So interval of the events are every 5 seconds. When checking out some data saves different value to PI. I dont know what causes the issue because some values are ok and are the same. My ini from this file i think dont have any problem.

Can anyone figure out what causes the values to be change since values are static?

Appreciate your help me guys.

TIA,

Roy
