Has anyone experienced the SameSite warning on PI Vision?

I have a PIWebAPI webpage that calls a PI Vision display passing it the top level AF Element on which the display is built.  So far I have only been able to get the display to show on Chrome.  Using I.E. or MS Edge, the basic website works (the navigation portion, but it's unable to display the PI Vision display.

On Chrome I get this error:

A cookie associated with a cross-site resource at http://by2.uservoice.com/ was set without the `SameSite` attribute. A future release of Chrome will only deliver cookies with cross-site requests if they are set with `SameSite=None` and `Secure`. You can review cookies in developer tools under Application>Storage>Cookies and see more details at https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5088147346030592 and https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5633521622188032.

I know nothing about this 'SameSite' issue or how to set it, either on the web server or on the web page.  I.E. and MS Edge don't give an error for why they don't display the Vision display.  I'm wondering if it's related to this error.

Opening PI Vision directly works about the same on all three browsers, but the the Chrome browser is still showing the cross-site error (SameSite).  The other two don't show any errors
