RDBMS Insert Into Oracle

I am trying to use the RDBMS interface to insert data into Oracle including a couple of date fields.

Within the insert, the date is represented as: to_date(?,'DD-MON-RR HH24:MI:SS').

The parameter being passed in is a string tag, example data: 13-Feb-20 8:21:58

I get the following error when the insert is attempted: [22008]: [Oracle][ODBC]Datetime field overflow.

If I hard code the date such as to_date('13-Feb-20 8:21:58','DD-MON-RR HH24:MI:SS'), the insert works.

I have also tried concatenating a ' to each end of the date string, resulting in: '13-Feb-20 8:21:58'

Any ideas as to what will work?
