FindNE gets timestamp that does not exist

I'm trying to find the point in time when a tag changes state (ex 0 -> 1). To do that, I'll use NextEvent with FindNE. However, FindNE is returning a timestamp that doesn't exist for the tag.

Verifying that the tag used in the equation below is the same tag as the data attached, the timestamp I get with the equation below is for:

2/6/2020 9:26:19 AM

Equation:

FindNE('Unit Control Mode', '*', '-45d', 2)

I've also used TagVal with the timestamp from above, and it returns a valid value of 3, which is technically correct for that time, but it's not the timestamp that should be returned. I'm expecting FindNE to return the following:

2/6/2020 7:30:14 PM
