Since the vCampus forums are for programming related issues I would recommend you contact the regular techsupport for this issue, either by phone or email.
With that said, I don't think the PI Graphic webpart supports SVG's inside PIW's. You should open the file in ProcessBook, chose Save As... and save the SVG either directly to a Sharepoint document library or locally to the disk and then upload it into Sharepoint.
Ok, Let explian what i´m doing
I got this webpage built it with piwebparts (Pi Graphic) in Sharepoint 2010
when I made click in the "Siguiente" o Next button sends me to the next SVG file.
then I use some hidden buttons for each equipment that are configured for another SVG file, that are already uploaded in the Document Library on Sharepoint.
when I made Click on one equipmant. sends me that message.
Can you access the Vista General Horno 5.svg file in your browser, if you type in the address manually?
Yes, but It's trying download the Svg File. It´s that correct?
I made another test unhidden the button but gave the same message.
The reason I asked was to see if you actually are allowed to open/download the file. The error message states that you are not authorized to access the file.
What you're trying to do should work, so I really would recommend you to contact techsupport and have them assist you. They can even do a remote support session with you.
