Fails to access Cloud environment

Hi I started the PI Vision training and wanted to setup the cloud environment from start. I cannot access the cloud servere. I get the following message:

The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

I have tried via VPN on the company network and on my private network same result. What can I do?
