I have any manual data entry tags, i want to save every input data changing at MYSQLServer, So we can see it at trend. What should I do? It is possible to do?
As your requirement is to save history for trend, i would suggest to create or change existing "None" data reference to PI Point and map it to new tag. Whenever data is updated using PI Vision manual entry, it will keep the history of the changes and can be plotted in PI Vision. This will also eliminate saving data to SQL server.
This is a good rule of thumb to always follow and avoid issues down the road: Operational timeseries data -> PI Point, contextual asset meta data -> <none> DR or Table Lookup.
In your case, as you want to trend the data, this is timeseries data and a PI Point should be used as Lal suggested.
Sounds like you already have your manual entry solution built and using MySQL so as suggested by others, you can put the data into tags. The PI RDBMS Interface is designed for this purpose.
