As always, have you checked that PI System Explorer on the Sharepoint server is able to connect properly to passat110?
When you open PI System Explorer on the Sharepoint server, go to the Select Database dialog, and see the properties dialog of "passat110", you might have to insert the username the AF Service is running under. (DOMAIN\user)
I belive this has done the trick for me before.
Strange. Maybe you have to disconnect, do the change, and then reconnect.
Or you can try adding a new connection. Name = "passat110_test", Host = "passat110", and then set the account there. If you still have no access, I would assume you're not an administrator of the server. (Also - make sure you start PI System Explorer with "Run as administrator")

Is not an error from an AF Server. It looks like an error attempting to connect to a PI Server. AF Server does not connect to PI Server. It is possible that you have an AFAttribute with a PI Point DataReference that is configured to expect PI Points on the AF Server when it is likely that the PI Point Data Reference should point to a PI Server.
