When I launch cloud environment under the subscriptions tab it says i have no subscriptions
After the initial purchase for the course, you will gain unlimited access to the course material but the cloud training environment is available for only 30 days. Did you excessed the 30 days already?
Probably you are right, it might have been more than 30 days since I registered to the course but had not started the training. Is there a way to get it back? unregister or something like that?
You can purchase additional training environment access following the links in the course access section. Since you never got the chance to use it for the first 30days, I would recommend you to check with your Account Manager if there is something that could be done with the fee.
