Impressed with OSIsoft installers

I am an Installshield developer and I consistently have found OSIsoft installers to be impressive. Especially the ability to manage multiple installations of prerequisites all on a single screen and allow them to each run separately, while at the same time controlling reboots.

I was especially impressed when I installed PI Server 2018, and at the end it told me I needed to reboot, and it told me which component was the one that requested the reboot.

I was wondering if anyone at OSIsoft can enlighten me on what you use to create installers, because I've been doing it for 20 years with Installshield and I feel like a real rookie in the presence of these installers. We have complicated needs as well with prerequisites and your installers make it look easy, although I'm sure it isn't.
