Visual Studio 2012 Woes: "Can't find NameSpace name..."

So here I am with Mountain Dew and a bag of Pretzels in hand putting together a portable analysis engine that picks up values from PI (via AF) and a few SQL db's along the way. Things were looking great in VS 2010 until I decided to migrate into the shiny VS 2012. .NET4.5 appealed to me. I'm staring down the dreaded "The type of namespace name 'blahblah..could not be found... I've inspected all my classes, and name space with a fine tooth comb. Strangely enough my main WCF service cannot find one of my classes namespace. I've even decoupled the the class and re-imported it. Refractored all my goodies.. and still no luck /sad-face. I wonder if it has something to do with my globals.. I miss being able to see this on the fly with older studios..

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, any ideas how I can get around this?

..I'm running out of pretzels...
